I am not a professional baker or cook. To tell the truth, I’m not really a professional anything. I mean, I have a job and all, but still.

I do love to cook, though. And I love to share the recipes that I find and the very few that I semi-create, so I decided to move the recipes from my personal blog over here and make the formatting a little more constant and the organization a little better.

I’m sorry that the photography is nothing to write home about. I love to take pictures, but I am a terrible food photographer. I just haven’t found a good location or light source for this, and my camera is a point and shoot (albeit a fancy point and shoot). I’m also sorry that so many of my recipes are void of pictures entirely. I get so caught up in cooking that I forget to take pictures. I hope it doesn’t deter you from trying these recipes, but I know it would deter me.

I’ll try to do better. 🙂

In general, when I am cooking non-sweet dishes, I don’t measure anything. So any measurements I give are just guesses, and you can alter them as you see fit!
